Free roof inspection and written estimate
One phone call, one visit, one itemized sheet; nothing to pay for any of it.
What the sheet shows
The end product is a written price, broken into line items, that stays valid for 30 days. Repair and replacement options sit side by side, honestly set out. Expect these lines:
- Removing the old roof and hauling it away
- Decking replacement, by the sheet
- Underlayment plus ice-and-water shield
- Fresh flashing and pipe boots
- Ventilation at the ridge and at the intake
- The permit itself
- Cleanup each day, ending in a sweep with the nail magnet
- A workmanship warranty, written down
Anything missing from that sheet can't appear on the invoice later. Where hail or wind caused the damage, the sheet comes with an opinion on whether a claim is worth filing, before your carrier hears from you.
What the visit looks like
Before any sheet exists, an estimator has to see the roof. That normally happens inside a day or two of your call; after a storm it happens faster. They climb up, go into the attic, photograph everything and measure the full roof.
What you need to bring
Just what you've noticed. A ceiling stain, shingles gone missing, the date the storm came through, how old the roof is. Diagnosing it is on us, not you. Ring (256) 583-9659 any hour of any day, or use the form beside this.
Second opinions welcome
Inspection and sheet both cost nothing, and getting another company's number as well is fine by us. Being compared beats being pushy. Say yes within the 30 days and the job goes on the schedule, with no deposit taken before that.
Roof leaking this minute? Use the word emergency on the phone and a tarp crew is sent the same night; the sheet can wait for a dry house.
Anywhere in Huntsville or North Alabama, the inspection and sheet are free; the service area page names the towns and neighborhoods covered.
