Reviews from Huntsville roof jobs

Posting rule: a review goes up here only after the customer's job is finished, and each one links back to the platform where it was posted (Google, Yelp or BBB) for independent verification. Had work done by us? A review helps. Send an email and we reply with the review link.

Before reading reviews, look up the license

Under Alabama rules, any roofing job priced above $2,500 requires a roofer licensed by the Home Builders Licensure Board. The board's lookup at hblb.alabama.gov shows license and bond status for every Alabama roofer. Our license number is printed on the estimate you receive.

Six job standards a review should measure

• Arrival at the agreed time.
• Roof photos, plus a direct explanation of what they show.
• An itemized price in writing that stays fixed once issued.
• Flashing and ventilation installed as specified, the two items low bids tend to leave out.
• A sweep of the yard for loose nails before the crew leaves.
• A return visit under the written warranty if any part of the work is wrong, with no dispute over it.
