The callback

Day or night, someone picks up. First an automated assistant, which records your name, your number and the roof trouble. Then a human phones you: minutes later if water is coming in, inside an hour if it isn't.

The price

An estimator writes it, after climbing onto the roof, going through the attic and photographing both. This is the person to quiz: repair versus replacement and why, the price of a Class 4 shingle, whether what they've found resembles an insurance claim.

Install day

A crew lead is in charge from tear-off through decking, dry-in and the install itself, right down to the cleanup. Nobody drives off until that lead has walked the new roof with you, estimator's photos in hand.

The paperwork

Office staff pull the permit, move the schedule around the weather, handle the insurance forms and supplements, and get the manufacturer's warranty registered under your name.

Who's actually on your roof

The operator of this site is local to Huntsville, AL, but doesn't do the roofing. That's done by independent, insured roofers from the area who we work with, and you'll be told which one before a date goes on the calendar. The arrangement is explained in the referral marketing disclosure; the about page describes how we choose them.
