A letter before you book

Dear homeowner,

First, what this site is. Huntsville Roofing Co. (huntsvilleroofingco.com) markets roofing services across Huntsville and the wider North Alabama area. Phone us, or submit the estimate form, and the request reaches us first. An automated assistant answers the line around the clock and takes your details; a human then follows up.

The roofing is done by independent, insured contractors we work with around Huntsville, not by this website's operator. Which one you get depends on the kind of work, where the house is and who has room in the schedule. When a referral turns into a job, that contractor may pay us a fee for the referral or the advertising. That's between us and them; it doesn't move your quote.

We track calls and forms and run privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages and sources bring in inquiries. Recording of calls can happen; a notice says so at the start. None of that measurement touches your price. Our privacy notice lists what's collected and who sees it.

Four things follow. You'll know who's coming: ask who'll do the work and we'll say before anyone is scheduled. The contractor's signed estimate is what you pay, whatever sits behind the scenes. You can compare; getting a second roofer's opinion is sensible and we won't talk you out of one. And the contractors are independent: they hold whatever registration the state or city requires for their work, carry their own insurance and set their own warranty terms, so ask to see their certificate of insurance, and read the agreement before you sign.

This site may show up in search results or paid ads; any third-party service that runs or measures that advertising gets only what it needs.
