LegalPrivacy notice
We collect only what it takes to inspect your roof, price the job and do the work, and we don't sell any of it.
In force since September 2026. Questions about this notice go to hello@huntsvilleroofingco.com.
What we hold and where it goes
| What we collect | Why we need it | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and what the roof is doing, gathered when you call, text or use the form. An automated assistant answers the line, takes these down and books a callback. | To get back to you, inspect the roof, write the estimate and any insurance paperwork, schedule and carry out the work, deal with warranty claims and send you messages about your job. We may also send an occasional reminder, such as a post-storm inspection offer, which you can opt out of whenever you like. | The licensed roofing crew on your job. Your insurance carrier or adjuster, only when you ask. The providers that run our phone line, form and scheduling. Anyone the law requires. Nobody else. |
| A recording of your call to the business line. A notice tells you at the start of the call. | Quality and training. | The same list as the row above, and no one beyond it. |
| A count of visits to this website and which pages were opened. | Privacy-respecting analytics show us how many people visit and which pages actually help. | No advertiser. There are no advertising trackers on this site. |
How long we keep it
We keep your details as long as the work in that table needs them, from the first call through any warranty claim. We don't sell them and we don't rent them out.
What you can change
